What You'll Do

n

As a Process Engineer, you'll be at the center of operational excellence. You'll analyze manufacturing processes, uncover opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that increase efficiency, quality, and performance.

n

If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with cross-functional teams, and seeing your ideas come to life on the production floor, this role is for you.

In This Role, You Will:

    n
  • n

    Identify and eliminate waste throughout manufacturing operations.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Create Standard Work Plans (SWPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and visual work instructions.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Design and implement mistake-proofing solutions that reduce defects and improve quality.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Develop Point-of-Use (POU) systems and workplace organization tools.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Conduct time studies, data analysis, and design of experiments.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Create process maps, project plans, and action tracking tools.

    n
  • n
n

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • n

Preferred

    2+ years of Lean Manufacturing implementation experience.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Experience with aerospace drawings and specifications.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Experience working with CNC machining operations, preferably in metal manufacturing.

    n
  • n
n

    Correctable vision to 20/20.

    Normal or correctable hearing.

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently or with assistance.
