You will develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for precision components, driving quality, yield, and cost improvements. Partner with design, quality, and production to scale new products from prototype to full-rate production, apply Lean/Six Sigma tools, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
