Our client, a leading consumer goods company, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. AsProcess Engineer,you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Production and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Engineer
Location: Saint Bernard, OH
Pay Range: $65.57 - $67.38/hour

What’s the Job?

• Meet with production managers to assess and improve existing manufacturing processes.
• Develop, test, and optimize mechanical components, equipment, and production line systems.
• Diagnose process inefficiencies and material loss events, implementing corrective actions.
• Design, test, and validate process upgrades, including IQ/OQ/PQ testing.
• Create and maintain standardized operating procedures while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of process validation, risk assessments, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively.
