Semiconductor Process Development

Job Description: Experience with developing a process using Chemical/gas, Various forms used in semiconductor application. To work on semiconductor process areas like physical Vapor deposition/ etch technology development for advance logic device fabrication, which includes chemical gas process.
Qualification: Preference in masters or Degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related field of semiconductor process development. · 2+ years semiconductor process experience; vacuum, plasma, photolithography, or high energy ion-beam related technologies preferred · Prefer background in process characterization and data analysis · Expertise in surface analysis and thin film metrology · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Must be able to work in teams as well as individually · Some travel to Interna factories for development, training, or other activities is required (travel < 25%)
