Process Engineer needed for a leading manufacturer of packaging materials near Brookfield, WI. This person will champion process improvement for the converting technologies within the plant.

responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, installation, and startup of process equipment
- Deliver innovative solutions that improve the reliability, quality and capability of factory equipment
- Drive continuous improvement by researching, and recommending, developing and implementing equipment
- Direct and coordinate personnel on the installation of new equipment and equipment improvements
- Installation, checkout, and startup support of manufacturing equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of process improvement experience within a high speed manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience improving processes for converting technologies
