One of our manufacturing clientsis looking for an experienced Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations in Brigham City, UT.**Pay Rate: **$135k-$145k**Shift: **DaysResponsibilities:Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiencyAnalyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, downtime, and opportunities for improvementLead process improvement projects from concept through implementationDevelop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and technical specificationsCollaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issuesConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring process and equipment problemsMonitor process performance using production data, KPIs, and statistical analysisSupport the introduction of new products, processes, equipment, and manufacturing technologiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline5+ years of process engineering experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and continuous improvementExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologiesExperience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing data analysisFamiliarity with SPC, FMEA, control plans, and process capability studies
