Cargill is seeking a Process Engineer to drive process excellence within our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will analyze and optimize production processes to improve yield, quality, and efficiency while maintaining the highest safety and food-quality standards. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools, perform root cause analysis, and support commissioning and scale-up of new equipment.
Collaborating closely with operations, maintenance, and quality teams, you will monitor performance metrics, reduce waste, and advance Cargill’s sustainability goals.
