Job Description
- Drive efficiency improvements and enhance processes while upholding the highest quality standards within a heavy sheet metal welding, fabrication, laser cutting, and assembly operation
- Lead process improvement initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and develop SOPs, work instructions, flow diagrams, and training materials
Key Requirements xhqgsiq
- 3+ years of experience in process improvements, preferably within welding and fabrication environments
- BS in Engineering strongly preferred
