Process EngineerWe are seeking a skilled and driven Process Engineer to join our team in Austin. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes are optimized and controlled to produce high-quality parts efficiently—balancing equipment performance, cycle time, cost, and material usage.This is a hands-on, problem-solving role that requires strong technical expertise, collaboration with production teams, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and product qualityTroubleshoot and resolve complex process issues beyond the scope of Process TechniciansProvide oversight and training on processes, robotics, and assembly equipmentSupport off-shift operations and be available to address urgent processing challengesApply structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., DOE, capability studies) to improve processesRead and interpret tooling prints and create or update procedures and work instructionsEnsure compliance with all company policies, quality standards, and OSHA safety requirementsQualificationsStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment optimizationAbility to read tooling prints and develop technical documentationExperience with structured problem-solving tools and methodologiesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsPrior experience training or mentoring team members is a plusWork EnvironmentRegular exposure to moving mechanical equipmentOccasional exposure to heat and vibrationModerate noise levels in the production environmentMust follow safety requirements, including appropriate attire around machineryPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 45 poundsAbility to communicate effectively (talk, hear, and follow instructions)Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing processesHands-on role with real impact on production performanceCollaborative environment with opportunities for growth and leadership
