There are many ways to get involved, from Employee Resource Groups to local outreach.Here’s the Gist :We currently have a need for a Process Development Engineering Manager- Etch, Photo and Metrology within The Power Device Technology Development Group. As a Process Development Engineering Manager in the Power R&D group, you will oversee all development of novel process capabilities that will advance Wolfspeed’s SiC power device technology. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with a strong track record of innovation, ingenuity and technical leadership.This position will be based in North Carolina.The Day-to-DayManage a team of process development engineers and provide regular guidance on technical projectsLead the development and improvement of etch and photolithography processes, as well as overall power device metrology strategy, to drive the development of robust next generation power semiconductor devicesDefine and execute on Wolfspeed's power device process roadmapOversee technical projects to enhance product performance and improve product yieldsSpearhead collaborations with the R&D design and integration teams to create unit processes to meet customer specificationsProvide technical process development leadershipDrive innovation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentThis Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements)PhD.
