This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of R&D, process engineering, and commercialization, helping transform laboratory concepts into robust manufacturing solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead process development, scale-up, and technology transfer initiatives.Design and execute laboratory, pilot-scale, and production-scale experiments.Develop process models, simulations, and process optimization strategies.Apply engineering fundamentals and scale-up principles to manufacturing challenges.Analyze experimental data and provide technical recommendations.Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and business teams to commercialize new products.Develop and improve process development methodologies and best practices.Present technical findings to stakeholders and leadership.Mentor junior engineers, scientists, and technicians.Support innovation and continuous improvement efforts.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
