The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.Where You Come InYou execute process development experiments and characterization studies to support product developmentYou support development of precision processes for adhesives, epoxies, and soft materialsYou follow structured experimental methodologies (e.g., DOE) to generate data and improve process understandingYou analyze and document experimental results, identifying trends and improvement opportunitiesYou contribute to defining process inputs, outputs, and performance metrics under guidanceYou support QMS- and PDP-compliant documentation, protocols, and reportsYou collaborate with design, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams to execute development plansYou apply Product & Process Excellence (PPx) tools to improve process robustness and repeatabilityWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou bring a strong foundation in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fieldYou demonstrate ability to plan and execute experiments with strong attention to detailYou apply basic statistical methods and draw clear conclusions from dataYou show curiosity in understanding materials–process–performance relationshipsYou communicate technical results clearly in written and verbal formatsYou manage multiple priorities effectively within defined scopeYou collaborate well in cross-functional environments and incorporate feedbackYou demonstrate a growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and technologiesWhat You'll GetA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
