Process Development AssociatePayrate: $24.00- $25.00/hr. We are seeking a detail-oriented, team-focused Process Development Associate to support the Rapid Analytics group within Process Development. In a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, the Process Development Associate will perform product quality analyses, generate high-quality analytical data, and support process development activities.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong analytical chemistry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesExecute analytical testing within established turnaround times using approved methods and data integrity practices.Perform compendial testing, including pH, visual inspection, color, clarity, osmolarity, and protein concentration analyses.Conduct analytical assays and techniques, including:Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC)Titer analysisCation Exchange Chromatography (CEX)Reduced Capillary Electrophoresis (rCE-SDS)Non-Reduced Capillary Electrophoresis (nrCE-SDS)Capillary Ion Electrophoresis Focusing (cIEF)ATOLL methodsAdhere to laboratory metrics and turnaround requirements for high-throughput sample testing.Document, review, and maintain analytical results within electronic laboratory notebooks in a timely and accurate manner.Author, review, verify, and maintain technical documents, laboratory records, and reports.Manage laboratory logistics activities, including sample receipt, sample tracking, and equipment maintenance.Monitor laboratory safety practices and compliance requirements.Collaborate with scientists, development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement analytical methods and support project objectives.Analyze and interpret laboratory data and provide technical input as needed.Prepare written reports and communicate project updates effectively.Present scientific and analytical data during team meetings and project discussions.Maintain laboratory instruments and perform routine cleaning and maintenance procedures.Troubleshoot technical issues related to analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, and assay performance.Follow all applicable safety procedures, training requirements, personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines, and site protocols.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience Requirements0 to 2 years of relevant laboratory experience in an industry, academic, or internship setting.Experience working in a laboratory environment while following established procedures and documentation practices.Familiarity with chromatographic and/or electrophoretic techniques is beneficial.Required SkillsStrong analytical chemistry knowledge.Excellent attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate laboratory records.Ability to work safely and effectively in a laboratory environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in documenting results and maintaining data integrity in electronic systems.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to instruments and analytical assays.Preferred SkillsGood understanding of liquid chromatography and capillary electrophoresis techniques.Strong hands-on technical laboratory skills.Ability to analyze and interpret analytical test results effectively.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities.Ability to multitask in a dynamic laboratory environment.Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong teamwork capabilities.Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $24.00 - $25.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
