Process Development Associate (PDA)At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking a Process Development Associate (PDA) to join our Preclinical Manufacturing & Process Development (PMPD) organization's Synthetic and Bioconjugation Scale-up Technologies (SBST) Analytics group, on-site in Tarrytown, NY. In this hands-on, lab-based role, you will generate high-quality, robust analytical data, support method development, and help characterize bioconjugates and critical intermediates to advance our growing and diverse bioconjugate pipeline.This position offers the opportunity to partner closely with cross-functional teams and external collaborators, generating key data to drive data-driven decisions that support drug development from clinical through commercial stage.When & where:Shift Requirements: Full-time, standard business hoursLocation: On-site in Tarrytown, NYFlexibility & travel: Minimal to no travel; on-site presence required to support lab operations and analytical testingWhat You'll Do:Perform hands-on analytical testing, method development, and characterization of bioconjugates and critical intermediate raw materialsAnalyze and present key data clearly to enable timely, data-driven decisions across a broad audiencePartner with internal and external analytical groups to execute, establish, and transfer fit-for-purpose analytical methodsCommunicate plans and results within cross-functional teams to enable program successCapture and document data in ELN entries in a timely manner to support program timelinesHelp build business workflows to standardize sample and data managementMaintain compliance with lab and environmental safety requirements and promote a safe lab environmentSupport equipment upkeep, maintain an organized workspace, and proactively plan for lab resourcesHelp troubleshoot equipment and schedule with vendor service engineersThe Environment and Physical Rhythms of This Role:This is a hands-on, on-site laboratory role focused on analytical testing and characterization work, requiring consistent lab presence and comfort navigating shifting priorities and ambiguity.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment involving cross-functional teams, with strong attention to detail and documentation practices, is required.Let's Find Out If We're a Fit:Must-Haves:B.S.

in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or a related field, with 0-1 year of relevant laboratory experience (academic or industry); hands-on wet lab experience requiredFundamental knowledge of synthetic molecules (e.g., small molecules, PEG, peptides, and/or oligos) and/or protein analytical techniquesStrong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to present data clearlyAbility to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams, with strong attention to detail and documentation practicesDemonstrated initiative, learning agility, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced environmentPreferred / Nice-to-Haves:Experience with analytical characterization tools such as electrophoresis, HPLC separation, and UV spectroscopyKnowledge or experience working with biological therapeutics, bioconjugates, or related modalitiesThrive Today.
