Process Design EngineerLocation: Tulsa, OK Work Model: Onsite Hours: Onsite 5 days M-F 8am-5pmResponsibilitiesSize and specify equipment such as pumps, blowers, compressors, pressure relief valves, and heat exchangersDevelop P&ID's, data sheets, process flow diagrams, heat and material balances, and control/operation philosophy documentsParticipate in process hazard analysisProvide field support for equipmentSupport research and development activities as available in the roleSupport the flare gas recovery product line by helping design systems that capture flare gases and redirect them into production workflows for reuse as fuel gasRequirementsPreferred Chemical Engineering Degree but open to MechMid Level-Sr years of experienceIndustry experience open to refinery experienceExperience with process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS or SymmetryExperience in the design and operation of refining/petrochemical processing equipment with field process engineering experience preferredBachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical preferred)Minimum 5 years' experience with facility design and operation (field experience preferred)Ability to support approximately 10% of travel
