Job Description:
- Collaborate with multi-discipline engineering project team and production staff
- Implement system expansions and obsolescence replacement projects
- Allen Bradley PLC5 and SLC500 upgrades to CLX5000
- Siemens PCS7 HMI version upgrade and Controller Upgrades
- TIA Portal version upgrades to v20
- Travel to site locations for installation checkout and system commissioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and quality standards
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Control Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience with automated control systems
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Siemens PCS 7, TIA portal, PLC 500, and SLC500
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel 20%-40%, mostly US domestic (East to West Coast)
