Process AssistantArlington, TXJob Description: Process AssistantThe Process Assistant is responsible for managing workflow assignments in a specific department within a fulfillment and distribution environment. They assist management with safety, production, cost and quality all while driving a positive employee experience. A Process Assistant is a servant leader; dive in, roll up your sleeves to help in any situation, make tools available, remove obstacles for associates to excel in their roles, have empathy and compassion for associates, and the passion and leadership to stand up for them when the time arises.ResponsibilitiesMaintain strong working knowledge of all processes and policiesAssist Operations Managers with the assignment of daily work responsibilities including allocating labor, leading shift start-up meetings and communicating with other departmentsQuickly recognize, diagnose and solve workflow challenges for associates and partner with leadership to resolve issues as neededActively lead with safety, production, cost and quality at the forefront of all decision makingBe patient, have strong communication skills and the capability to give and receive effective feedback (eg.
