Established West Los Angeles law firm seeking attorney with at least 3-4 years of experience in probate/trust/inheritance litigation. Experience in business litigation is also desired but not a requirement. Great team environment with benefits and substantial upside. We will keep all inquiries and resumes confidential.
We are seeking a skilled Attorney with at least 3-4 years' experience to join our legal team. Experience and/or a book of business in trust/estate, probate, real estate and/or corporate transactions is highly desired though not required. You will also have the opportunity to grow and develop a broader practice
Qualifications:
-Solid academic record with law school degree
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Demonstrated team player
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Westlaw
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
-Detail oriented
-Familiarity with State and Federal Rules
Responsibilities:
-Take direction and assist in all phases of discovery and trial preparation (conduct/defend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, attend hearings, etc.)
-Effectively manage concurrent assignments and multiple deadlines
-Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategy
-Analyze case law and public law
Compensation - 150k-200k commensurate with experience.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
