You communicate professionally with clients, courts, witnesses, and colleagues, and you know how to move matters forward without losing sight of the human side of probate and trust litigation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys with probate, trust, estate, guardianship, conservatorship, vulnerable adult, and inheritance litigation mattersOrganize and maintain case files, calendars, tasks, deadlines, hearing notices, proof of service, orders, and related documentsPrepare, revise, proofread, and file petitions, complaints, motions, discovery, disclosure statements, correspondence, and trial materialsAssist with discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, and related documentsConduct factual research involving real property records, corporate entities, backgrounds, and other case-related informationAssist with legal research involving statutes, case law, rules, and regulations to support case strategyCommunicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, witnesses, vendors, and other parties with professionalism and discretionAssist with trial preparation, including evidence organization, exhibit preparation, witness coordination, and hearing or trial bindersSupport scheduling, billing, case management, and other administrative tasks that keep the litigation practice running smoothly
