Pro Experience Leader: Elevate Pro Service & Ops

The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join the store leadership team. You will oversee the Pro area, ensure fast, accurate customer service, and execute strategies to increase Pro sales, loyalty, and Pro Xtra signups.

As MOD, you will follow SOPs for opening/closing, coach associates on safety and policy, manage timekeeping, and collaborate with Store Leaders and Specialty Managers to implement Pro initiatives.
