United Veterans Services (UVS), a 501 (c) 3 organization, provides monetary support to VA Medical Centers nationwide that benefit America's Veterans directly. UVS is in need of pro bono attorney services on a limited basis. Non-profits are having to face increasingly tight rules, regulations, and restrictions. UVS would like to have a volunteer attorney that would provide guidance on non-profit legalities. This volunteer position would not be full time and only a few hours per quarter.
