Michigan Ave, #1400, Chicago) and Arlington Heights (2101 S Arlington Heights Rd, #185, Arlington Heights) locations. This role provides flexible, as-needed coverage for individuals receiving TMS therapy for MDD, OCD, and other mental health conditions. TMS is the only FDA-approved non-invasive, non-systemic treatment for major depression and OCD.As a PRN team member, you'll be certified to deliver TMS Therapy under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and center managers, stepping in as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care at both sites.Schedule: PRN / as-needed, covering shifts between 7:30am–8:00pm, Monday–Friday, at either the Loop or Arlington Heights location depending on operational need.Compensation: $27.00–$29.00 per hour. This is a PRN position and is not eligible for benefits.In this role, you will:Provide educational consultations to interested patientsDeliver TMS Therapy to patients at either location as scheduledMaintain a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessionsHandle office administrative tasks such as managing leads, reporting statistical activity to the center manager, scheduling appointments, and handling medical records in compliance with HIPAAServe as a member of the Clinical Team, participating in team meetings and activities as your schedule allowsAssist clerical support staff with documentation for insurance preauthorization and reimbursementDeliver exceptional customer service consistently to every patientAssume other related responsibilities as assigned by management at either siteWhat you'll do:Adaptability — Work effectively across two locations and a variable schedule, responding to shifting patient needs and site-specific workflowsCollaboration — Work with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, neurologists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care regardless of locationCommunication Skills — Clearly communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals about TMS procedures, benefits, potential side effects, and treatment plansContinuing Education — Stay current on TMS advancements, research, and best practicesDocumentation and Record-Keeping — Maintain accurate, confidential patient records consistent with protocols at both locationsPatient Care — Provide empathetic, patient-centered care regardless of which site you're coveringProblem-Solving — Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during sessionsSafety Compliance — Adhere to strict safety protocols, including proper equipment placement and monitoringTechnical Expertise — Understand TMS equipment operation, setup, and calibration at both locationsTroubleshooting and Maintenance — Assess equipment functionality and perform routine maintenance as needed*Complete TMS training will be provided.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in psychology, neurobiology, social work, pre-med, or a related field preferred, not requiredExcellent oral communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsBilling software knowledgeInsurance knowledgeClinical interviewing experienceReliable transportation and flexibility to travel between Loop and Arlington Heights locations as scheduledPerks:Opportunities for growth and professional developmentFlexible, as-needed schedulingWe celebrate diversity when it comes to all backgrounds and identities, and we encourage applications from minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, candidates of all ages, and nontraditional backgrounds.
