Avante is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide and direct SLP services at our skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate with physicians and the care team.
Requirements include a Master’s in SLP and successful completion of the National Certification Examination for SLP, plus current state licensure or eligibility.
