What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
Requirements
Education
- Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Experience
- 2+ years of recent related nursing experience for external applicants
- Internal applicants with less than 2 years may be considered with approval
Licenses & Certifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification required within one year of hire
