What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to patients.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
- Experience: 2 years of recent experience in an acute care setting for external applicants. Internal applicants with less than 2 years’ experience may be considered with approval.
- Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be presented upon hire or within the first year of employment.
