In this flexible, as-needed role, you will complete nutritional assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with nursing and culinary teams to deliver resident-centered, therapeutic menus. You will provide nutrition counseling, ensure regulatory and clinical documentation compliance, and support menu development that aligns with physician orders and diet standards.
