PRN Primary Care Physician — Flexible Scheduling

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Primary Care Physician on a PRN, zero-hour contracted basis to provide high-quality outpatient care for seniors at clinics in Shreveport and Bossier City. You will work onsite and report to the Associate Medical Director.

The role requires MD or DO with board certification, active unrestricted state license, and DEA/Medi­care numbers or ability to obtain them. TB screening may be required.
