Job Summary

American Family Care is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to provide urgent care services on a PRN basis. The role requires a minimum of 2 shifts per month, with clinic hours M-F 8:00‑8:00 and S‑S 8:00‑5:00. A 100% paid malpractice insurance and user‑friendly EMR with on‑site digital X‑ray and CLIA‑approved lab are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with highly trained medical staff
• Follow established clinical protocols and safety practices

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license and DEA license
• Certification by an accredited certifying body
• 1 year of experience, with urgent care experience preferred
• Ability to cover shifts on short notice
