PRN (As-Needed) Nurse - LPN/RN
Wood Violet Recovery - located in Dodgeville, WI, just 45 minutes from Madison - is a voluntary, residential treatment center for adults experience substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, and low-acuity mental health diagnoses.
We are looking to build our PRN nursing pool to help support our clients - and our nursing team. Behavioral health nursing is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly meaningful work. You'll have a central nurse station as your home base, with clients coming to you throughout the shift, allowing for both structure and variety in your day.

- 6:00am - 6:30pm
- 6:00pm - 6:30am
We believe in transparent, fair compensation based on licensure level and clinical experience:
- LPN: $30 - $34/hour
- RN: $41 - $45/hour
- Overnight shift differential
- Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans.
- Monitor client health status through regular nurse visits.
- Administer medications and document accurately.
- Respond to medical concerns with clinical judgment and compassion.
- Support clients through detox and stabilization protocols.
- Collaborate closely with RNs, LPNs, providers, and clinical staff.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory documentation standards.
- Active Wisconsin LPN or RN license (required).
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
