About Blue Rose Consulting Group Inc.

At Blue Rose Consulting Group , our mission is simple: People First. Mission Always.

As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and SBA-Certified HUBZone company, we deliver innovative solutions and exceptional talent to federal agencies nationwide. We specialize in healthcare, behavioral health, technology, cybersecurity, intelligence, program management, and professional services, helping our clients solve complex challenges while making a meaningful impact.

About the Role

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking an experienced PRN Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to support a federal behavioral health program in El Centro, California .

This is an onsite, as-needed leadership opportunity for an experienced clinician who can provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents while bringing clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to the team.

Already in Southern California? We'd love to hear from you.

Not local? We're also interested in qualified clinicians who are willing and able to travel to El Centro when PRN coverage opportunities arise.

And because California licensure is not required , clinicians with an active, unrestricted, independent license in another U.S. state or territory may be eligible.

Collaborate with physicians, case managers, program leadership, and multidisciplinary partners

Provide leadership coverage during scheduled needs, call-outs, vacations, staffing shortages, or periods of increased program demand

Maintain a clinical caseload as appropriate while serving as the clinical lead during assigned coverage

Maintain professional, ethical, and program standards in accordance with applicable requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy , or a related behavioral health field

Experience leading multidisciplinary behavioral health teams

Experience in crisis response or high-acuity behavioral health environments

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Experience supporting federal or government-funded behavioral health programs

Why Join Our PRN Team?

$90/hour

Flexible, as-needed PRN opportunities

Local and Southern California clinicians strongly encouraged to apply

Travel-ready clinicians outside the area are also welcome

Lead-level opportunity without a full-time commitment

Opportunity to use your clinical experience to mentor and support other behavioral health professionals

Meaningful work supporting children and adolescents within a federal behavioral health program

Opportunity to stay connected with Blue Rose for future behavioral health programs and assignments

Bring Your License to Southern California

Whether you're a Southern California clinician looking to add flexible PRN leadership work or an experienced clinician elsewhere who is open to traveling when coverage opportunities arise, we'd like to connect.

You have already put in the work to earn your independent clinical license. You do not need to start over in California to be considered.
