Day in the Life / Responsibilities

As a Marathon Health provider you practice relationship-based medicine at the top of your license. You offer holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management and health education to your patients. You will have access to resources (e.g., UpToDate and RubiconMD) at no cost to you or your patients. You work autonomously with a company that puts patients first and values ingenuity, courage, community and fun.

Responsibilities

• Provide prevention, acute and chronic disease management and health education to patients.
• Deliver wholistic care with a focus on meaningful patient relationships.
• Utilize clinical resources and support tools to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver accessible in-person and virtual care.

Minimum Job Requirements

• For Nurse Practitioner: Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required; independent practice preferred where applicable per state; federal DEA number preferred (may be required for full prescribing); CPR/BLS certification required at start date; independent family practice experience in wellness, chronic care, and urgent visits preferred.
• For Physician Assistant: Active license & current NCCPA board certification required; independent practice preferred where applicable per state; federal DEA number preferred (may be required for full prescribing); CPR/BLS certification required at start date; independent family practice experience in wellness, chronic care, and urgent visits preferred.

Pay

Pay Range: $ /hr. The actual offer may vary depending on geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
