Overview
TeamHealth has a perfect PRN opportunity for an experienced emergency medicine physician assistant or family nurse practitioner. This position is with the ED team at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. The facility has 67 beds and an annual ED volume of 15,000 patients.
Role and Responsibilities
The practitioner will provide advanced practice clinical coverage in the emergency department for up to eight hours daily, under 24‑hour physician coverage. Supports a range of clinical cases including general surgery, OB/Gyn, orthopedics, podiatry, and more.
Eligibility
- Board‑certified emergency medicine physician assistant or family nurse practitioner.
- Relevant clinical experience in an emergency department.
Contract Details
- PRN assignment with no overnight shifts.
