PRN Echo/Vascular TechnologistCardiology Associates is seeking an experienced PRN Echo/Vascular Technologist to join our growing outpatient cardiology practice serving Mobile County and Baldwin County, Alabama.The ideal candidate will have experience performing echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound studies in a fast-paced clinical environment and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services.This PRN position requires flexibility and the ability to travel between our Mobile and Baldwin County office locations as needed.ResponsibilitiesPerform echocardiogram and vascular ultrasound procedures as ordered by physiciansConduct high-quality ultrasonic diagnostic imaging studiesPosition patients and select appropriate transducers for proceduresOperate ultrasound equipment and adjust imaging settings for optimal diagnostic qualityObtain and document accurate ultrasound images for physician interpretationPrepare hard copy and digital imaging records as neededMaintain accurate departmental reports, logs, and patient recordsBack up studies to EchoPAC and ensure all studies are properly documentedRecord daily procedure volumes and communicate reports appropriatelyMaintain ultrasound equipment and monitor supply inventoryCollaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient careQualificationsPrevious echocardiography and/or vascular ultrasound experience requiredPrevious cardiology experience preferredRegistered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) and/or RVT/RVS certification preferredStrong knowledge of echocardiography and vascular imaging proceduresAbility to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient settingExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and patient care skillsDependable transportation requiredMust be willing to travel between Mobile County and Baldwin County office locations as neededSchedule & CompensationPRN / As NeededFlexible schedulingCompetitive compensationWork LocationsMobile County, Alabama Baldwin County, Alabama
