Position Overview
Certified by the American Board of Radiology, the PRN Diagnostic Radiologist will perform diagnostic imaging services using X‑ray, radionuclides, ultrasound, and electromagnetic radiation to diagnose and treat disease. The incumbent will provide coverage in the Diagnostic Imaging Division on an "as needed" basis at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute Hospital, Inc. The role requires compliance with MMG policies, Medical Staff Bylaws, and hospital regulations.
Qualifications
- M.D. degree or eligibility for an M.D. degree in the United States.
- Florida medical license or eligibility for one.
- Completed fellowship in Radiology (any sub‑specialty)
- Board certified or eligible in Radiology.
- PRN availability and willingness to provide coverage as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (CT, MRI, PET/CT, ultrasound, interventional radiology) in accordance with institutional protocols.
- Participate in multidisciplinary clinical conferences and clinical trials.
- Collaborate with research faculty on investigator-initiated trials, including serving as co‑investigator.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.
- Contribute to academic and teaching missions as required.
Salary
Base pay range: $300.00 – $300.00 per hour.
