- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program , or anticipated graduation within the next six (6) months
- Current NBCOT certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant, or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
