PRM Expert

• Comfortable operating across the full partner lifecycle and knows where segmentation and governance decisions intersect with each stage.
• Understands the tension between global standardization and regional flexibility in channel programs, and can articulate which decisions belong at which altitude.

Experience

• Experience in strategy consulting and partner/channel programs in complex B2B ecosystems (distributors, system integrators, OEMs, EPCs, or technology alliances).
• Experience standing up governance and decision-rights frameworks for senior stakeholders, including translating ambiguous ownership into a defined operating model.
• Track record designing or redesigning partner segmentation and tiering models across multiple regions (preferred).
• Experience working on or alongside PRM/CRM platform transformations (Salesforce Partner Cloud, Dynamics, or comparable) (preferred).
• Structured problem-solver: comfortable decomposing a large, messy set of pain points into a framework with clear ownership and sequencing, rather than presenting a flat backlog.
• Executive communicator: writes and presents in short, strategic language for C-level/VP audiences.

Nice to have

• Industrial, manufacturing, or automation channel background.

Something along the lines of:

Partner/Channel Strategy Consultant / PRM Strategy Lead / Partner Ecosystem Transformation Lead

Ideally 13-20+ years overall experience, with consulting plus substantial partner ecosystem work. Someone coming from firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, EY, KPMG, Capgemini, Slalom, or similar could make sense, particularly if they've done work for industrial/manufacturing/automation companies.

And because this is Rockwell, backgrounds involving industrial distributors, OEMs, system integrators and global channel networks would immediately get my attention.
