To support the Medical Staff Services Department, the full-time remote Privileging Specialist will manage electronic provider records, assist with credentialing tasks, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards while facilitating communication with medical staff professionals. Key responsibilities Maintain and update electronic provider records to reflect changes in status or credentials Assist in the creation of abbreviated CVs and ensure providers are registered with state Patient Compensation Funds Communicate regularly with medical staff professionals and facilitate the resolution of outstanding items Required qualifications High school diploma or GED 2-3+ years of professional experience in a similar role Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment with a proactive, results-driven attitude
