Radium Search is partnering with one of the most respected private wealth firms in the US to hire advisors for its growing Chicago office.
We're looking for relationship-builders: advisors who have won clients through their own network and want a stronger platform to do more of it. No transferable book is required.
You'll bring:
- A track record of winning client relationships yourself
- A strong local network and relationships with CPAs, attorneys or other centers of influence
- Experience at a wirehouse, RIA, private bank (investment side) or similar
- Ambition to grow a high-net-worth practice
You'll get:
- $175,000–$250,000 base + bonus of up to 40%
