This private practice is seeking an associate with a path to partnership due to a retirement.

Practice:

• Over 125+ new patients per month , ensuring a busy and productive schedule .
• High revenue sedation cases

Comprehensive Pediatric Care:

• Full-scope treatment , including restorative care, anesthetic procedures, and conscious or IV sedation .
• An in-house anesthesiologist is available three days a week for IV sedation cases.

Competitive Guaranteed Base or 40% of Adjusted Net Collections

• Lucrative earning potential with an annually increasing compensation percentage.
