Role Overview

Windancer Holdings, LLC is an investment firm focused on active, high-conviction investing with flexible, long-term committed (permanent) capital, evaluating public and private investments on an opportunistic and unconstrained basis. Through its Long-Term Capital Partnerships program, Windancer invests in established Ohio businesses to keep them locally owned and operated — taking a different approach than traditional private equity: fewer, more selective investments and no fund-imposed exit timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Find private companies to acquire or invest in through direct relationship building with owners


• Develop direct relationships with business owners and identify appropriate investment opportunities


• Represent Windancer's people-first, partnership-oriented approach to business owners considering a sale or investment

Qualifications

• Strong sales/business development track record — top 5% of peers


• Ability to quickly understand a prospective client's business and operations


• Highest level of integrity and confidentiality; proactive self-starter
