Overview

A leading international law firm is seeking a 3-6-year Associate to join its highly regarded Asset Management Group. The ideal candidate will have experience advising private investment funds and asset managers on fund formation, structuring, and related transactional matters. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated private funds matters alongside an experienced and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Advise private funds and asset managers on fund formation and structuring
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation
• Advise on ongoing fund and investment management matters
• Support complex fund transactions and related regulatory matters

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent
• 3-6 years of private funds experience
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• $260,000-$390,000 base salary, depending on experience.
