The team is currently expanding and is hiring a Senior Associate to support the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities and to help drive value creation initiatives across the portfolio.
Role Overview
Location: Cleveland, OH
This is a hands-on investing role within a lean, collaborative investment team focused on sourcing, executing, and managing investments across a diverse set of industrial subsectors.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities across industrial technology, engineered products, specialty manufacturing, and industrial services.
- Develop clear commercial and investment theses through market research, competitive analysis, and engagement with management teams.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including LBO analyses, operating forecasts, and sensitivity scenarios.
- Lead diligence processes across commercial, financial, operational, legal, and environmental workstreams.
- Draft investment memoranda and present recommendations to senior investment professionals and the investment committee.
- 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory, preferably with exposure to industrial sectors.
- Strong financial modeling and transaction execution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate businesses, markets, and investment opportunities.
- Experience coordinating due diligence processes and working with external advisors.
