The Opportunity
We are seeking a Private Equity Senior Associate to contribute across the full investment lifecycle—from thematic research and thesis development through diligence, execution, portfolio value creation, and exit. This high‑impact role offers meaningful ownership, direct exposure to senior investors and management teams, and significant growth potential—either as an investor or in an operating role within our portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, evaluate, and track new investment opportunities.
- Develop financial models assessing returns, capital structures, and operating scenarios.
- Lead key aspects of due diligence, including research, data analysis, work planning, and synthesis of findings.
- Prepare investment committee memoranda and presentations covering the thesis, risks, valuation, and returns.
- Support sector thesis development through market research and quantitative analysis.
- Coordinate with financial, legal, accounting, and consulting advisors.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support value‑creation initiatives alongside management teams.
- Contribute across sourcing, underwriting, post‑close execution, and exit planning.
- Help strengthen our collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
What We’re Looking For
- At least four years of relevant experience, including:
- Two or more years in management consulting or investment banking, preferably with healthcare exposure.
- One to two years of healthcare private equity investing.
- Healthcare operating experience in strategy, analytics, FP&A, corporate development, or operations is a plus.
- This role is in‑person/hybrid Dallas, TX based.
