A leading private equity firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Technology investment team. The role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, diligence, execution, portfolio management, and exit planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute investments across software, technology-enabled services, fintech, cybersecurity, and related technology sectors.
- Build and maintain financial models, including LBO, valuation, and operating models.
- Conduct industry research and support due diligence efforts.
- Prepare investment committee materials and deal presentations.
- Work closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Assist with add-on acquisitions, value creation initiatives, and exit processes.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking (TMT), growth equity, or corporate development.
- Strong transaction execution experience and advanced financial modeling skills.
- Demonstrated interest in the technology sector.
- Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials.
