Private Equity Partnerships Director — Scale Elite Channel

Brex is hiring a Director, Private Equity Channel, based in New York, to lead and scale the PE partnerships organization. You will own the full channel strategy, manage the team, maintain senior sponsor relationships, and drive the referral engine turning PE firms into durable distribution partners for Brex.

This player-coach role requires senior credibility with managing directors and the ability to build a high-performance team around you, leveraging an existing playbook and Tier 1 partners.
