Duties

• Assist in private M&A and growth equity transactions.
• Manage diligence processes and ancillary workstreams.
• Organize and oversee signing and closing processes.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and counsel.

Requirements

• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• Submission of a deal sheet.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
