Duties

- Handle corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Manage leveraged recapitalizations and growth equity transactions.
- Oversee venture capital transactions and exits.
- Administer equity compensation matters.
Requirements
Over three years of relevant legal experience. Strong experience in asset management M&A. Proactive with strong business acumen. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage client and counsel relationships effectively.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in New York.
