Private Equity M&A Senior Associate - Growth & Exits

Goodwin Procter LLP seeks an associate with 6+ years of private equity experience to join our Private Equity Group. The role involves contributing to a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and exits.

The candidate must be proactive, with stellar communication skills, a strong business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
