Private Equity M&A Jr. Associate: Growth & Deals

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified class of 2025 associate to join our Private Equity group. Candidates should have some experience or an interest in private M&A and growth equity transactions, with a basic understanding of diligence, ancillary workstreams, and organizing a signing/closing process.

Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with bar admission or eligibility and a deal sheet.
