Corporate boutique founded by two former AM Law 50 partners is seeking M+A Associates and Counsels for roles in their Century City office. The firm advises on M+A deals for middle market private equity firms. Deal teams are leanly staffed so the role would afford a significant amount of hands-on experience working directly with partners and clients. There would also be an open path to partnership for those looking to build a book in the same space.

Salary and bonus are market and the firm provides comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of M+A experience from an AM Law firm or peer boutique ideally for PE firms
• Active CA bar admission
